June 19, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #15 Item Title C-15 Human Resources Development Management Plan - Revision Issue/Rationale The Clay County Human Resources Development Management Plan is in need of revision and approval by the School Board in order to be implement in the 2008-2009 school year.  Some parts of each section are outdated and/or are no longer required to meet Department of Education and statutory requirements.  The Screening Selection and Appointment and the Performance Appraisal sections are submitted at this time.  The Leadership Development (training) section is under review at the Department of Education and will be submitted at a later date. Recommended Action Approve as submitted. Financial Impact No additional expenditure required above presently budgeted amount. Submitted By Neil G.
